Field Sampling Completed for Hill Cane Project

Lilllian Fulgham C'21, Angus Pritchard C'22 and George Burruss C'22 assisted with the final field season of the hill cane demography project on the Domain. Preliminary data from our work documenting spatial genetic structure in hill cane populations on the Domain suggest that individual clones can span more than a kilometer in length and be over 500 years old!
