Herbarium Hosts TN Plant Conservation Alliance Mtg

The Herbarium hosted the annual meeting of the Tennessee Plant Conservation Alliance on campus. This all-day conference brought together botanists from around the state to confer on the status of rare plant protection in Tennessee. During the meeting, Dr. Evans gave a presentation of the conservation status of the upland forest on the Cumberland Plateau.
In the afternoon, Dr. Evans and the Block Fellows gave a tour of the Herbarium to the attendees.
